Iggy And The Stooges @ Hollywood Palladium

Nothing quite kills the excitement of photographing an artist like bad lighting and being stuck back near the soundboard. Ordinarily photographing Iggy Pop performing with the Stooges would have been a ball for me but last night, when I finally got a chance to photograph them, I was stuck in the back of the venue near the soundboard. There have been a rash of these soundboard shoots over the last few weeks and while it is still great to catch these acts, it is difficult to get anything close to what could be done by being in the pit.
